The address is 1206 Eads St, Franklinton La. 70438. It is located directly off Hwy 10 in Franklinton next to the Eastgate Shopping Center. Turn by the “Tourist Info” sign and go straight. Do not veer to the left. It is the 2-story yellow house located on the right. (4th house on the right) This home is available for rent by the family and friends of the bride and groom. It can accommodate up to 15 guests. ​

Linens are furnished. On short notice, if the cottage is not rented, a portion of it will be rented for a reduced rate.

This home is located approximately 3 minutes from the Castle and is owned and managed by the same individuals. With sleeping accommodations for up to 15 people, and 2 bathrooms, this makes the perfect rental for your family or bridal party.

As an added benefit, you can also utilize the Cottage for additional time for the Bridal Party to get ready before the Juliet Suite opens up, or for a “get together” for the Groom’s party.
