Please note: No Gratuity is ever charged for our Weddings. We try to keep the prices reflected on this website up to date. We work via contracts, and once signed with your deposit, nothing changes unless you decide to add to your wedding. (IE: Rental of the Castle Cottage or Juliet Suite.) Should this occur, an addendum will be added with a new total. Should you wish to tip at the end of the night, all tips go directly to our staff.

All Complete Wedding Packages Include:

  • Exclusive use of the Louisiana Castle, a replica of an English Norman Keep Castle, and its grounds for an absolutely beautiful setting for your Ceremony.
  • Use of the Juliet Suite, Groom’s Lounge, The Keep and Decks by the Bridal party for 1 hour before the Ceremony to finish getting ready.
  • On-site wedding coordinator for your Ceremony.
  • We schedule one-half hour for the ceremony, however, this is only an approximation. (Officiant & Photographer not included)
  • Seating for the Ceremony site.
  • The stage is tastefully decorated with floral arrangements and columns.
  • A quality outdoor sound system, with wireless microphones, operated by our staff to provide music and voice for your ceremony. Choose from our music selection or provide your own.
  • Numerous beautiful photo opportunities throughout The Castle and its 10 acres.
  • Our 2800 sq. ft. pavilion is available for your ceremony use in case of inclement weather, or should this be your preference for the Ceremony. 

All Complete Reception Packages Include:

  • Exclusive use of the entire Castle and grounds for 3 hours.
  • On-site wedding coordinator for your Reception.
  • Use of the glass-enclosed Ballroom which is tastefully and elegantly decorated with: White linens on our tables and white chair covers and silver bands for our chairs.
  • Individual centerpieces for the guest tables.
  • Large floral arrangements for the buffet table area and throughout The Castle.
  • Our Reception Menu of continuous food service of our unique curved buffet table. Soft drinks, coffee and tea are also provided. 
  • We have special pricing at bakeries (see vendor list) or use whoever you wish for your cakes.
  • If the Couple is spending the night at The Castle, a “Midnight Snack” box is left in the refrigerator upstairs for the Newlyweds.
  • D.J. and Sound System- Choose from our extensive music selection or provide your own music for our D.J. to play.
  • Use of the following items; but please note no reduction in price is given if you choose not to use these items.
  • *Our large silver cake stands.
  • *Cake cutters and servers.
  • *Champagne toasting glasses for the Couple.
  • Large covered deck and large covered pavilion with additional seating, and a perfect  for spot for entertainment.
  • Throne Room for Bridal pictures with its ornate staircase, King and Queen Thrones, Wedding Sofa and Suit of Armor.
  • Dining room for additional seating or a quiet get-away for the Couple to have a private meal after the Ceremony before entering the Reception.
  • Our professional and friendly staff to set up, serve, cleanup and provide for your every need.
  • Louisiana Castle is not licensed to supply or serve alcohol. Our Clients have the option of providing their own alcohol or hiring a Vendor. We have recommendations for alcohol caterers on the Vendor page. Please contact Dolly for further explanation if necessary. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

For larger events, additional security is hired. The average cost to the contract is no more than $175 for a 3 ½ hour event.
Additional event time $500 per hour and up. 

Overnight Stay in the Castle $400

  • Use of the 1200 square foot romantic Juliet Suite for your wedding night.
  • Use of the outdoor private screened deck and Jacuzzi.
  • Use of the entire Castle and grounds.

Planning to wed at the Castle?

Prices are subject to change. Contact us to secure these prices.

Our standard décor includes elegant white linens with silver accent décor and is included with all Castle events. You can view examples of how the Castle is styled for weddings in the slideshow on our Welcome page.

Couples who wish to personalize their décor have complete flexibility. You may choose to upgrade décor by working with our preferred decorator, hiring your own licensed professional, or decorating yourself. Décor customization fees are set by the decorator and handled directly between you and the professional you choose.

If you decide to decorate on your own, our on-site coordinator is happy to offer guidance whenever possible. Please note that on the wedding day, our coordinator and staff are focused on preparing the venue and ensuring your event runs smoothly. We recommend confirming all décor plans in advance and allowing sufficient time for setup prior to the ceremony. Additional setup time may be available for a fee, subject to availability—please discuss this option with Dolly or Mary.

Music, DJ services, and both indoor and outdoor sound systems are included based on the package selected.
